尉亚辉教授简介
尉亚辉,男,1960年生, 教授、博士生导师。国家公益性行业(农业)科研专项项目首席专家。曾任西北大学生物技术系主任及生命科学学院副院长,现任西北大学生态毒理研究所副所长,陕西省POPs重点实验室主任,西安市生物转化与食品安全检测工程实验室主任。
1982年从西北大学毕业后留校任教。先后从事植物生理学、生物技术大实验、代谢调控、生物制品工艺学、食品工程等课程的教学工作和科研工作。近年来,主要从事生物技术方面的研究、产品开发及成果转化工作。“植物细胞大规模培养生产白藜芦醇”项目首次在国内产业化,经陕西省科技厅鉴定,该项技术居国际同类研究先进水平,并获得了“含有白藜芦醇细胞的生产方法”的国家发明专利和西安市科学技术进步奖一等奖。该项技术成果在中央电视台科技博览栏目、香港凤凰卫视、陕西电视台、西安电视台等多次播出,光明日报、科学时报、陕西日报、西安晚报、三秦都市报等媒体先后作了报道。
蜂产品深加工技术及产业化研究项目解决了蜂胶加工中的关键技术。在多年研究的基础上,编辑出版了专著《蜂产品保健原理与加工技术》(化学工业出版社),该项成果获西安市科技进步奖二等奖。
植物疫苗项目通过基因工程方法,将乙肝表面抗原蛋白基因转入可食植物番茄中,使其表达口服乙肝疫苗,经过口服获得免疫,这将改变疫苗必须经过注射的现状,从而实现药品食品化。该项研究已经取得阶段性突破。
先后主持或参与国家、省市和横向课题38项,发表论文73篇,出版著作2部,技术成果鉴定5项,申请专利12项,已获专利5项,成果转化5项。
目前,除教学和科研工作外,主要从事草原主要毒害草发生规律研究及食品生物技术方面的科技成果转化和产业化工作。具有组织项目实施的经验积累,主持设计并负责过工厂的建设工作,任多家公司的顾问或独立董事。

Wei YaHui, male, born in 1960,ph.D., professor, doctoral supervisor. Project chief expert of Special Fund for Agro-scientific Research in the Public Interest. Served as a biological technology director in northwestern university, vice President of the college of life science, northwestern university of the general, deputy director of institute, shaanxi POPs key laboratory director, xi an biological transformation and food safety testing laboratory of the project.
1982 years after graduation from northwestern university. Have engaged in plant physiology, biological technology experiment, metabolic regulation, biological products technology, food engineering course teaching work and the scientific research work. In recent years, mainly engaged in biological technology research, product development and achievements transformation. "Plant Cell culture production resveratrol" project was the first in the domestic industrialization, approved by the shaanxi provincial department appraisal, the technology in its international advanced level, and won the "contain resveratrol cell production methods" national invention patent and xian city science and technology progress prize award. The technology achievements in the central television science and technology exhibition columns, Hong Kong phoenix TV, shaanxi TV station, xian TV stations broadcast many times, guangming daily, science times, shaanxi daily, xian evening, shall media such as metropolis daily has made a report.
Plant project through genetic engineering vaccine method, the antigen of second liver surface protein gene into the edible plant tomatoes, make its express oral hepatitis b vaccine, after oral get immune, this will change the vaccine must go through the present situation of the injection, so as to realize the drug food. The study has has made some break through.
He has successively presided or participate in the country, provincial and horizontal topic 38, published 73 article, published 2 works department, technological appraisal 5 , 12 to apply for a patent, five of the transformation of the achievements.
At present, in addition to the teaching and the scientific research work outside, mainly engaged in grassland main poison grass regularity study and food biotechnology in transformation of scientific and technological achievements and industrialization.
